Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Alpha VIP Signals (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You represent that the information you provide on signup is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Access to premium signals is provided under subscription plans (Starter, VIP, Lifetime). Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience. Payment is accepted via:
- Bank transfer in LKR to our Sri Lankan bank account, and
- Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), BTC, ETH, or other supported assets.
We do not accept credit or debit card payments. Monthly subscriptions are not auto-renewing. Your access ends at the conclusion of the paid period unless you make another payment. The Lifetime plan is a single, non-refundable payment granting access for the operational life of the Service.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the payment methods we accept and the immediate delivery of signal content, all payments are final and non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. If you experience a billing error or believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate in good faith.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly repost our signals, analysis, or content.
- Share your account credentials with any other person.
- Scrape, automate, or extract data from the Service except via documented APIs.
- Use the Service to commit fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity.
- Attempt to interfere with, disable, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, analysis, branding, and software comprising the Service is the property of Alpha VIP Signals or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own trading decisions during your subscription period. No other rights are granted.
7. No Advice & No Guarantee
The Service provides educational content only. Signals are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We make no guarantee of profit or any specific outcome. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Alpha VIP Signals, its founders, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, trading losses, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha VIP Signals and its team from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. On termination, Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of your stated jurisdiction (or our home jurisdiction, if you are outside it), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith discussion. If that fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice in the member area. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
